Leadership impact starts with understanding yourself and the shadow you currently cast or want to.

Supported by coaching & often the use of self-discovery tools, the interventions we have offered over the years is hugely varied depending upon the client’s own leadership journey.

We’ve worked with investment talent where the intention is to get them ready for their 1st leadership role, through newly promoted and long-experienced leaders where the focus is more about refinement and reducing old habits, as well as those in more senior business and enterprise-level roles where legacy and long-term impact is front-of-mind.

The Leading with Emotional Intelligence suite of workshops have become cornerstones for experienced & forward-thinking leaders – something we’re proud to offer here.

Team Development

Intact, matrix and teams at different levels have benefitted from our bespoke team development programs. Existing teams often need a fresh approach and some ‘mining’ to understand what norms have developed – good & bad.

New teams can accelerate their learning by defining their boundaries and agreeing their ways of working.

As a result we’ve found ourselves working with a huge variety of teams, providing support for example:

  • identifying team strengths and normalising the day-to-day use of those strengths for the teams collective goals;
  • supporting the development of psychological safety in teams, ramping up communication & engagement as a result;
  • understanding, challenging and building team cultures and ways of working, to facilitate that healthy high performing team.

Self Discovery

Building self-awareness is often the core of any individual’s growth need, and we have repeatedly found the greatest impact in any leaders’ development has often started by ‘putting the mirror up’ asking “what does it feel like to be led by me?”

Over the years we’ve worked with a number of different self-discovery tools, establishing which can have a profound impact where it is needed and, supported through coaching, been able to really make this development solution matter.

An example of the self-discovery tools we support include:

  • MSCEIT – the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test, the only abilities-based test designed to accurately measure and develop emotional intelligence. Arguably the most important skill in any leaders portfolio;
  • Strengths assessments – designed to understand what you’re already good at, and to tap into those ‘superpowers’;
  • 360’s, wellbeing assessments, whole personality tools, all of which provide unique insight into the leader and their likely footprint
